Great service! Cook to order food. Breakfast - 2 eggs medium, hash brown (no grits :( ), toast buttered, and the best bacon you'll ever taste! The bacon is thick and juicy. I also had the belgin waffle with bacon. Also had coffee. Very nice staff and worth the visit if you're in town.
Forget specific requests if you're getting a to-go order, even if you SPECIFICALLY request it directly to the waitress. They are not interested or willing, (& this is based on MULTIPLE to-go orders over the last 6 months; forgetting once in awhile is expected, but repeatedly? No, that's intentional). If you eat in, you get what you want, if you order to-go, you get whatever they feel like giving you.

The food is usually good, just don't expect them to make it the way YOU want it, especially if you dare to ask for extra condiments, like, mayo, &, don't expect things like jam with any to-go Omelet/hash browns/toast orders. At this point, they won't be on our return list if they can't manage (& they throw a fit over) a simple request for a meal they're being paid for. There's other places that will accommodate their customers.
Today my husband specifically requested a cup of their restaurant mayo (extra, on the side), & she said she'd toss a few packets in. He specifically said NO packets please, we prefer the actual restaurant mayo (the packets never taste right, it's just personal preference). She made a face, & turned away. Got the to-go order home, there's ONE packet in there, which is neither the extra, nor the cup of restaurant mayo we specifically requested.
