I needed to have our furnace checked for the winter so I called Connors to set up an appointment. From the time someone answered the phone I felt at ease. The scheduler was professional and cheery and when she asked if someone could come out the next day, I was surprised. When I got home that afternoon i received a call from Connors saying they had a tech in the area and then asked if someone could stop yet that day. Of course I said yes, since I did not have to miss work to let them in. The Technician was great. he shared with me what the house call and the service would cost and then asked if we had a computer. He said if you do this service tuneup the utility company would give us a $25 dollar rebate. We downloaded the application while he was here and he then filled out his part and signed it. That is what I call service with a smile and putting the customer first. Thank you Connors.
