Solid amount of products, they keep up with newer titles, and the price isn't overbearing, but still, in my opinion, a bit high for an overnight rental.
The service is exceptional, they make you feel right at home and they welcome you with tons of discounts. We just moved here and have no cable or Internet yet..... Got four movies for $1.08 for five nights. Can't get that kind of love from Redbox

This family video was not a good experience. There is only one staff member there that is friendly. The others always seem in a bad mood as they woke up that day knowing they did not want to work there and hated the day from the start. The only reason i gave this place 2 stars is because i love family video, the deals, and the other franchises. I love going here when the one lady works and dread when the others do. I switched back to Faribault Family video. Everyone there is beyond friendly and always enjoy going there.
Very poor customer service. If you buy a bag you cant use that with a gum ball winner. You cant use 2 discounts together. Differnt workers make diffrent rules. We love family video and there deals but some workers are really rude
