Doesnt always seem to tell the truth to us which we need to know so why ask them?

Always have to wait. Seems they always forget about you. Once you see the doctor, they are pretty professional.
It says the average time is an 1 1/2 hours....but I've always got thru pretty quick, less than an hour from check-in to out the door. The staff are awesome, and friendly...and they are very conscientious about using that sanitizer or washing their hands. Lost a star for the long wait for appointments with my doc, about a month out, sometimes longer....but urgent care has been okay for me, sorry if others aren't having a good experience.
