Very friendly service! I called in late after work (im from out of town and here for 2 weeks) and they made time to let me get a membership at 7:00pm. The gym was well lit, very clean, sanitary, and safe! The equipment and building is very well kept! Definitely would suggest this small town owned gym to anybody!

The workout center has been super good to me! The people and the vibes! There is no other place like it! I have this gym and Bernie to thank for the physique that I have today! Whatever your goals may be, you can achieve all of them here.
