Don't get any service done here! Had a slow leak and got it fixed not even a day later, I woke up and the same exact tire was flat! Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Called them to address the issue and they placed blame, got very demeaning, and hung up. Won't be taking my vehicle here again!!
Was very grateful for the tow before business hours. TOTALLY saved the day. Replaced my tire and the price was great!!
The state had Bock's tow my car as it was white out and we left my car in the ditch. When we went to pick it up and pay for the tow, we were told the guy that had towed it needed to get back to the office to tell them the mileage, instead of just asking over the phone. Over an hour later and he still wasn't back, when we were told he was 10 minutes out. When he did come back he did give us some money off as he could see we were annoyed about having to wait so long. It was rather odd that the mileage that we paid for was for them to get to the car and back, not just how far they towed it.
Went in to get a couple tires changed and even told them i'd remove them and bring them in. Was told ok and that it would be 40 bucks from one guy, then an older gentleman came out and said no not today, in a rude tone and gave me a weird look. I asked why and he said it was because of the style rim. i wouldve been fine without all the attitude. the lady at the counter asked if he'd be able to change some tires and he gave her a look, the guy acted like a complete child.
